Glasgow must Adapt

Glasgow must Adapt. All cities must Adapt to Global Warming. Climate Change caused by Global Warming of antropic basis has already brought noticeable changes in climate. And if changes occur, Adaptation is a response to, at least, minimize the negative effects. So, adaptation actions are already demanded. 

Two reasons, for near future, increase the change and the corresponding adaptation actions. 

1. Even if we suddenly stop now the emission of  CO2 and other heating gases and particules, we still have some increase in temperatures, due to the lagged effects.

2. There is no plan to stop so suddenly the emissions. Even the 2016 Paris Agreement, if in plain force, would reduce only slowly the emissions. For the near future, more heating molecules will be in the air. 

The two causes together, interacting, will bring more changes. And the need of more Adaptation Actions. This is valid for all cities in the world. And also for those out of cities.
